These terms govern your use of the PriceTrue mobile app and this website. By using the app you accept them.

What the service does

PriceTrue lets you record prices by scanning shelf labels, track your basket, and compare a price with past prices and nearby stores.

About the prices — please read this

Prices are user observations. They are not official store data, they are not verified by the retailers, and they may differ from the price at the till.

• Every price shows when it was seen; an old observation is never presented as current.
• PriceTrue does not guarantee that any price is accurate or current, or that you will save a particular amount.
• The only binding source for what you pay is the current shelf label and the till in the store.

PriceTrue is not affiliated with any retailer and is not the agent or partner of any chain.

Your account

• You can scan without an account (as a guest). An account is needed for cloud backup, family sharing, price alerts and cross-device history.
• You are responsible for the security of your account.
• You may not use the service if you are under 13.

Your contributions

If you choose to share the prices you scan, those observations are shown to other users without your identity. You grant us a perpetual, royalty-free permission to use, display and aggregate that content within the service. You can switch contribution off at any time.

You must not: deliberately submit false prices, scrape the service with automated tools, attempt to access another user's account, or interfere with the operation of the service.

We may flag, withhold from publication, or restrict accounts over clearly false or malicious observations.

PriceTrue Pro

• Some features (full price history, unlimited alerts, cheapest basket, route suggestions, advanced insights) require a paid subscription.
• Payment is taken by the store you downloaded the app from (App Store / Google Play). Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends.
• Cancellations and refunds follow that store's own rules and interface.
• The free plan covers scanning, the live basket, lists, basic history and basic nearby price comparison.

Intellectual property

The PriceTrue name, logo, interface and software are ours. Store and brand names belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for shopping decisions you make based on price data, nor for indirect damages or lost profit.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms and will announce material changes in the app. You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

Governing law

The laws of the Republic of Türkiye apply.
